1. What we collect

Name, email, phone, billing details, and order information you provide at checkout or via our contact form.

2. Payment data

Card / UPI / PayPal details are entered directly on Razorpay or PayPal’s secure checkout — we never see or store your full payment details. We store only a transaction reference and status.

3. How we use it

To process orders, deliver services, send receipts and order updates, and meet legal / tax obligations.

4. Sharing

With payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal), our hosting / database providers (Vercel, Supabase), and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep order records as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing build@crestncode.com.

7. Cookies

We use minimal local storage to remember your cart and region preference.
