Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-time projects

As these are custom, made-to-order services, a deposit / payment becomes non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment, minus any costs already incurred.

2. Monthly subscription

You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. The current paid month is not pro-rated or refunded.

3. How to request

Email build@crestncode.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Failed / duplicate payments

Failed or duplicate payments are refunded in full.
