Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of crestncode.com and any services purchased from Crest & Code (Private Limited), registered in India (“Crest & Code”, “we”, “us”).

1. Services

We provide custom website design and development services as described on our Pricing page. Each engagement’s exact scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Payment

Prices are listed in INR (India) or USD (international) and are inclusive of applicable GST. One-time packages are payable upfront; the Monthly package is a recurring subscription billed every month until cancelled.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays on your side may extend delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables transfer to you, except third-party assets and our pre-existing tools/components, which remain ours or their owners’.

5. Revisions & limits

Revisions are limited to the scope agreed per package. Additional work is quoted separately.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.
